Welcome to WoofynoiseAI. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the WoofynoiseAI software and related services. By purchasing, accessing, or using WoofynoiseAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About WoofynoiseAI
WoofynoiseAI is a noise cancellation software designed to improve audio quality during calls by reducing background noise. The software may use technologies such as noise suppression, Passive Noise Reduction (PNR), and Real-time Noise Reduction (RNR).
2. AI-Assisted Development and Ownership
WoofynoiseAI was developed with AI-assisted coding and human modification. The final design, selection, arrangement, and implementation include original human contributions. We own or license the rights to the software, branding, and content we provide, subject to applicable law and third-party licenses.
3. Eligibility
By using WoofynoiseAI, you confirm that you are legally allowed to enter into this agreement under applicable laws.
4. Subscription and Payments
WoofynoiseAI is offered as a subscription-based service at a price of $2 USD per month.
- Subscriptions are manual and do not automatically renew.
- Users must manually renew their subscription each month to continue access.
- Failure to renew may result in loss of access until a new payment is confirmed.
For manual payments (e.g., GCash):
- Payments must be sent in the exact required amount.
- Payments that are lower than the required amount will not be approved.
- Access is granted only after payment verification or admin approval.
Users are responsible for reviewing their payment carefully before proceeding.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only available within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- After 7 days, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Refund requests must be submitted via customer support (email or WhatsApp).
- Refunds will not be issued for incorrect payments caused by user error (e.g., sending the wrong amount).
- All refund requests are subject to review and approval.
6. Account Registration and Deletion
To use WoofynoiseAI, users may be required to provide basic information such as name and email.
Users are free to delete their account at any time through the account settings. Once deleted, access to the service will be permanently removed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or involve misuse, fraud, or abuse.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use WoofynoiseAI only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Use the software for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the software
- Bypass payment or access controls
- Misrepresent payment or account information
7. License; No Resale
WoofynoiseAI is licensed, not sold.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software
- Share access with unauthorized users
- Use the software for commercial resale without permission
8. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for proper installation and configuration of the software.
If issues occur:
- Follow the provided User Guide
- Ensure correct installation and setup
Performance depends on system configuration and environment.
9. Disclaimers
Please carefully review your decision before making any payment.
WoofynoiseAI helps reduce background noise, but results may vary.
Audio quality depends on device, microphone, environment, and setup.
Voice output may be slightly altered due to noise suppression (PNR, RNR).
Perfect noise removal is not guaranteed.
10. No Warranty
WoofynoiseAI is provided “as is†and “as availableâ€, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- Error-free or uninterrupted operation
- Compatibility with all systems
- That the software will meet all expectations
Use is at your own risk.
11. Service Availability
We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted service.
WoofynoiseAI may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for downtime or interruptions.
12. Compatibility Disclaimer
WoofynoiseAI may not work on all devices or configurations.
Users are responsible for ensuring compatibility before purchase.
Compatibility issues do not qualify for refunds after the 7-day period.
13. Fraud and Payment Disputes
Fraudulent or incorrect payments may result in denied access or account suspension.
Chargebacks or disputes may lead to account termination.
We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WoofynoiseAI is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data, income, or service
- Issues arising from misuse or incompatibility
Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of WoofynoiseAI means you accept any changes.
